MOHEM (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") provides this document to inform users about its Cookie Policy, in compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Types of Cookies Used
Classified by Ownership:

- Third-party cookies: Sent and managed by a third party unrelated to the Controller, anonymously, to conduct statistical studies of navigation on the Controller's web pages.
Classified by Purpose:
- Technical and/or personalization cookies: Facilitate navigation by identifying the session, allowing access to restricted tools, and customizing available options. They enable the provision of services previously requested by the user.
- Analytics and/or advertising cookies: Allow the tracking of visits to different sections of the website, user habits, and trends, enabling the improvement of navigation and services offered by the Controller (primarily through Google Analytics*). They also manage advertising spaces included on the website. These cookies collect data anonymously to create user browsing profiles.
Classified by Duration:
- Session cookies: Collect and store data while the user is on the website.
- Persistent cookies: Collect and store data on the user’s terminal for a variable period, depending on their purpose.
Cookie Retention Period
The retention time for cookies depends on their type and is always limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill their purpose.
